Had the same issue last month. Contacted support with my in-game ID. They restored my guest account within a few days. Worth a try!

Unfortunately, guest accounts are not retrievable if you uninstall the game or lose your device. Always link your account to a Facebook or Google account to avoid this issue in the future.
