If it's a digital purchase, you gotta request a refund through PlayStation's support. Physical copy? Just take it back to the shop with the receipt.
Bought it digitally? Head to PlayStation's website and navigate to their refunds page. For physical copies, take it back to the store you got it from with your receipt.
