You can't return a Fortnite skin if you used all your tokens. Each account gets only three. No take backsies after that!
To return a Fortnite skin, go to the in-game settings, navigate to the 'Account and Privacy' tab, then select 'Submit a Request' under 'Lifetime Return Requests.' You get up to three lifetime return requests, so choose wisely!
I've returned a skin before! Just head to the 'Account and Privacy' section in settings and submit a return request. Make sure you have a return token left!
