Unfortunately, Roblox doesn't have an official return policy for in-game items. Once you buy something, you're stuck with it. Bummer, right? Maybe try to sell or trade it in-game if possible!

You can't directly return items on Roblox. If you made a purchase by mistake, you can contact Roblox support and plead your case, but don't get your hopes up.
