To ride a jet ski in BitLife, you need to own a jet ski first. Head to the 'Assets' tab, find and buy one, and then look for the 'Activities' button to have some fun!

From my own experience, after buying a jet ski in the 'Assets' section, you can take it out for a spin by clicking the 'Activities' option. Good times!
