Steam can be tricky sometimes. Go to your library, right-click Total War: Warhammer 2, select 'Properties,' head to the 'Betas' tab, and choose the version you want. You might need to restart Steam afterward.

If you need to go back to a previous version of Total War: Warhammer 2, you can do it through Steam. Right-click the game in your library, click 'Properties,' then 'Betas,' and pick the version you need. Restart Steam if it doesn't show up right away.
