You can run Instagram ads directly from the app or through Facebook Ads Manager. Both ways work, but I prefer the latter for detailed options.
From my experience, use Facebook Ads Manager. It's more comprehensive and gives you better targeting options.
Just go to your profile, tap on 'Promotions,' and follow the steps. Make sure to target your audience and set a budget.
