First, you need a PlayStation emulator like ePSXe. Then, find a Tekken 3 ROM and load it up in the emulator. Boom, you're ready to fight!

Just get an emulator like ePSXe, a Tekken 3 ROM, and you're good to go. Don鈥檛 forget to configure your controls!

Download an emulator such as ePSXe or RetroArch, get the Tekken 3 ROM (make sure it's a legal copy!), and run it through the emulator. Enjoy!

For me, using RetroArch worked best. Set up the emulator, load the Tekken 3 ROM, and configure the controls to your liking. Fights run smoothly after that!

Honestly, just get an emulator like ePSXe and a ROM for Tekken 3. It's not rocket science.
