Saving in Fallout 76 works a bit differently since it's an online game. Basically, you don't manually save your game. Instead, the game automatically saves your progress as you play. So, all you have to do is go about your adventures, and the game will keep track of your progress. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any sync issues!

Short answer: You can't manually save. Fallout 76 auto-saves your progress. So, just play and enjoy without worrying about hitting a save button.

Actually, there's a bit of a trick to 'force' a save. If you're really paranoid about losing progress, try swapping your equipment or fast travel to a new location. These actions prompt the game to auto-save. I do this before logging off just to be extra sure my latest loot is safe.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
