You can't schedule posts on personal profiles. You need a Facebook page or group for that.

I've done this a million times! Go to your page, create the post, then click the 'Publishing Tools' or 'Creator Studio.' Choose 'Create Post' and then 'Schedule.'

Pro tip! If you're using a mobile device, you'll need to use the Facebook Pages Manager app to schedule your posts. Same process, just mobile-friendly.
