You can only find someone on WhatsApp if you have their number saved in your contacts. Add them first!
I had the same issue! I saved the number first, then reopened WhatsApp, and voila, they appeared!
Honestly, if they鈥檙e not saved in your contacts, it鈥檚 a no-go. Add their number to your phone and try again.
