Unfortunately, Roku doesn't support a native web browser, but you can use third-party apps like Web Browser X or Miracast to surf the web.
You can't really browse the web on Roku efficiently. Stick with streaming, that's what it's best at.
I use screen mirroring from my phone all the time! Open the browser on your phone, then cast the screen to your Roku. Works like a charm!
