How to See Blocked Instagram Accounts
If you want to see the list of accounts you've blocked, you can go to your profile, tap the three horizontal lines at the top right, select Settings, then Privacy, and finally 'Blocked Accounts.' Easy-peasy!

You can't see content from accounts that have blocked you on Instagram. Maybe consider reaching out offline if it's really important?
Personal experience: Just unblock the person from the Blocked Accounts list in Settings if you're curious and can handle the interaction again.
Ain't no magic trick to see who blocked you. Respect their privacy!
