If you want to see deleted messages, you're out of luck. Facebook doesn't offer a way to retrieve them once they're gone.
Pro tip: Avoid those accidental deletions by archiving messages instead. Saved me a few headaches!
Deleted is deleted on Facebook. Break up with your lost messages and move on.
In my experience, the best you can do is ask the other person if they still have the convo!
