Super easy! Just press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, go to 'People,' then 'Friends' and 'Friend Requests.' You'll see them all there!

Hit the Xbox button on your controller, navigate to 'People,' select 'Friends' and BAM! Any friend requests you have will show up there.
