Easy peasy! Just go to the playlist where you hid the song, tap the three dots on the top right, then 'Show unplayable songs'. Voila!

On Spotify mobile, go to Settings > Playback and toggle 'Show unplayable songs' to ON. Now, hidden songs in playlists will appear grayed out.
Don't bother. Just unhide songs as you find 'em.
