Just look for their profile pic next to your sent message. If you see it, they鈥檝e read it. Simple!
From my personal experience, you can see if someone read your message by looking for a tiny thumbnail of their profile picture next to your message.
When you send a message on Facebook, a little icon will appear next to it. If it's a circle with a check mark, it means delivered. But if you see the other person's profile picture in a small circle next to the message, congrats, they read it!
