How to See Instagram Drafts
To find your drafts on Instagram, just go to create a new post by tapping the '+' icon, select 'Post', and there you'll see 'Drafts' at the top of your gallery. Easy peasy!

Check your drafts by hitting the '+' and then 'Post.' Drafts are at the top of your image selection screen.
I accidentally discovered my drafts by trying to post something, and there they were at the top. So just start creating a post and you'll find them!
Honestly, just use the '+' button and look for 'Post.' Your drafts will magically appear!
