To see Instagram notes, just go to your Instagram Direct Messages! If any of your friends have left a note, it'll appear at the top of your DMs. Easy peasy!
You can see Instagram notes by going to the Direct Messages section of the app. Look for little text snippets from your friends at the top.
Click on the paper airplane icon to open DMs. Notes will show up at the top if anyone has posted. Simple as that.
