There's no way to see exactly who saved your post on Instagram. Switch to a business account for save counts though!
From my experience, Instagram keeps the identity of users who saved your post private. You can switch to a business profile to see save stats though.
You can't see the individual users who saved your post directly on Instagram. However, for business and creator accounts, you can view the number of saves in your post insights!
