From experience, head to Settings and Privacy. Then under Settings, find Blocking. You'll see all the folks you decided to boot off your island.
Click the little down arrow on the top right, go to Settings, then Blocking. You'll thank me later!
Super easy! Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. You'll see a list of everyone you've blocked. Happy unblocking!
