Instagram removed the Activity tab that showed what people liked. Now, you're better off looking at the comments or their recent followers.
Short answer: You can't. Instagram took away the feature ages ago.
Devs of IG decided we don't need that kind of stalking power anymore. Just check their stories and posts for activity.
