Go to your profile on the PS5 dashboard, select 'Games' and pick a game. Your playtime will be displayed right there!

To see playtime on your PS5, navigate to your profile, then to 'Games.' It shows the playtime for each game listed.

From my experience, you just need to check your profile, then head to 'Games' for your playtime stats.
