You can't see specific routes, but the app shows you nearby Pokémon. Go to the Nearby tab and follow the paw prints!
In Pokémon GO, you can see routes by navigating to the Nearby Pokemon tab and selecting the 'Sightings' option. Enjoy the Pokémon hunt!
