How to See a Blocked Person on Facebook
You can't directly see someone you've blocked on Facebook. But you can unblock them and then search for their profile. Just head to Settings, find the Blocking tab, and hit unblock beside their name. Be aware, though, you might need to re-friend them after unblocking.

You can't see them unless you unblock them. Simple as that.
From my experience, you have to go to the Blocking section in Settings, where you can view all the people you've blocked. You won't see any updates from them unless you decide to unblock them, which might change your Facebook vibe a little!
