Head over to your Activity Log by clicking your profile picture and selecting 'Activity Log' from the dropdown. Then, filter by 'Videos You've Watched' to see your history!

Open your Facebook app, tap the three horizontal lines, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Activity Log > Logged Actions and Other Activity. There, you'll find 'Videos You've Watched.' Easy peasy!
