Easy peasy! Go to your profile, click on the three-dot menu, select 'Activity Log,' then 'Filter,' and finally 'Your Posts.' Look for your first post; that's your join date!
I've been on Facebook since 2008, and I've found the easiest way is to go to your profile's Activity Log and filter it.
Check your Facebook profile's 'Intro' section. Sometimes it has a 'Joined Facebook' date listed there. Otherwise, scroll through your oldest posts鈥攂it of a trip down memory lane!
