How to see where companions are in Fallout 4
Okay, so losing companions in the vast wasteland of Fallout 4 is practically a rite of passage. Good news: there's a couple of ways to find your wandering pals. First off, try the Vault-Tec Population Management System, available in the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC. It adds a terminal to your settlements that lets you track Companions. No DLC? No problem. Build a bell in your settlements and ring it — your companions should slowly start to show up if they're assigned to that settlement. If all else fails, retrace your steps. They usually hang around the last place you left them, probably judging your choices.
