Nope, you can't sell it outright. Best you can do is replace it when buying a new one. The trade-in value helps, but don't expect a full refund.

U can't directly sell your apartment in GTA 5, but u can trade it! When you buy a new one, you get the option to trade in your old place. The value of your old pad goes towards the new one, kinda like part-exchange. So, pick a new spot you like, and you'll see how much you can save on the upgrade!

Actually did this last week, traded my old apartment for a fancy new one. It's not selling, but the trade-in price knocked a decent chunk off the new place. Just make sure the new one is really what you want since you can't just get cash back.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
