Sorry to break it to ya, but you can't directly sell houses on GTA 5 Online. What you CAN do is trade it in when buying a new one. You get some cash back that way, a bit like when you trade in your old car. So, look for a new property, and during purchase, you'll see an option to trade in your old place. Easy peasy.
