Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't directly sell a house in GTA V like you do with cars at Los Santos Customs. However, you can trade it in when buying a new one. The game will give you a trade-in value for your current property towards the cost of the new one. Not exactly selling, but it's a way to get some of your money back.

You can't really 'sell' houses in GTA V like a real estate mogul. Best you can do is trade it for a new pad and recoup some of the cost. Consider it GTA's version of downsizing.

Hot take: You're stuck with properties in GTA V like bad tattoos. No direct sell option, only trade-ins.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
