Straight to the point, you can't directly sell an apartment in GTA Online like you do cars or other vehicles. But, here's a workaround - trade it in. When you're buying a new property, you get the option to trade in your old one. This gives you some credit towards the new purchase, making it cheaper. Just like trading in your old ride for a shiny new one!

Short answer: You can't just 'sell' it outright, sorry mate. But, trading it in when you buy a new place does the trick. You'll see the option when you're in the process of buying another property. Helps take a bit off the top of that price tag.

Actually, you can't sell properties in GTA Online at all. Best you can do is swap it out and get some cash back when you're moving on up to a better spot.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
