How to Sell an Apartment on GTA 5 Online
You can't sell an apartment directly in GTA 5 Online like you'd sell a car to Los Santos Customs. However, you can 'trade in' your current apartment when buying a new one. The game will give you a trade-in value that subtracts from the price of the new property you're looking at. So, pick a new spot, and part of your old apartment's value will help pay for it!
