Nope, can't sell it. Just trade it in when buying a new one.
Been there, done that. Tried to sell my garage for a new Super Yacht. Turns out, you just trade it in when you're buying something new. Got a nice chunk of change back though, made the yacht a bit less of a wallet killer!
