Nope, selling's not an option. Trade, yes. Sell, no.

You actually can't sell garages in GTA V like you'd sell properties in the real world, but you can trade them in. When you buy a new garage, you get the option to trade in one of your existing properties as part of the purchase. The value of your old garage will be deducted from the price of the new one, kinda like part-exchanging cars.

You're outta luck if you're looking to just straight-up sell a garage in GTA V for cash. Best you can do is swap one out when you're buying a new one, and that's the closest to a sale you're gonna get. Choose wisely!

Honestly, just keep the garage. More storage for those getaway cars!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
