Selling property in GTA 5 is kinda quirky. You can't straight-up sell a property like you do in the real world. Instead, you trade it when buying a new property. Basically, you choose the new spot you wanna buy, and when you do, you get an option to trade-in your old property. The value of your old place gets deducted from the price of the new one. So, choose wisely!

Actually, you can't 'sell' properties in the traditional sense in GTA 5. What you can do is trade your property for another, which can feel like selling because you get some cash back in the process. But if you're looking to liquidate assets into a pile of cash, sorry, GTA doesn't play that way.

Quick tip: You can't sell properties in GTA 5 directly for cash like a real estate mogul. Just trade it in for a discount on your next purchase. Kinda limits the 'property flipping' dream, but hey, that's how it rolls in Los Santos.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
