So ya wanna get rid of your swanky GTA pad, eh? Here's the deal: you can't directly sell your apartment like a hotcake. BUT, you can trade it in! Just head on over to the Dynasty 8 Real Estate website in the game and pick out a new property. During the purchase, you'll get the option to trade in your old place. The catch? You'll get a part of its value credited towards the new one. So, choose wisely!

Nope, can't sell it outright. Only trade-ins. Think of it like swapping your old skateboard for a new one, but you also gotta throw in some cash.

Actually, I've been through this. Wanted to downgrade my digs for more garage space. Just traded my high-end apartment for a cheaper one. Made a nice saving and got some cash back in my GTA bank account. Pretty straightforward!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
