Actually, you CAN'T sell properties in GTA like you sell cars or bikes. Best you can do is a trade-in when you're buying something else. Think of it as 'upgrading' rather than selling.

Selling property in GTA isn't as straightforward as buying it, but here's the workaround: You can't sell a property outright, but you can trade it in when purchasing a new one. Just go to buy a new property, and the game will offer you the option to trade in your old one. The trade-in value will then be deducted from the price of the new property. It's like getting a discount on your new purchase!

Nope, direct selling doesn't exist in GTA. Gotta trade it in and make peace with that. ?‍♂️

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
