Honestly, just keep all your properties. The game's all about building your empire, and having more spots gives you more options for spawning and storing stuff. Plus, you'll probably end up wanting that property back later, and buying it again would cost more.

Selling properties in GTA Online isn't as straight forward as buying them. You can't directly sell a property, but you can trade it in. When you're buying a new property, you have the option to trade in your old one, and the value of it will be deducted from the price of the new property. So, choose wisely when looking to upgrade or switch locations!

No direct sales, folks. Trade-ins are the GTA real estate market.

You can't actually 'sell' properties in GTA Online like you might hope. The only way to get some cash back is by trading it in for another property. It's a bit of a roundabout way, but at least you get something back.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
