You can't directly sell your apartment in GTA Online, but you can trade it in when buying a new one. Just choose the property you wanna buy, and the game will offer you to trade in your old apartment, deducting its value from the new one's price. So, in a way, it's like selling but with extra steps!

There's no direct sell option for properties in GTA Online. Best you can do is replace it by buying a cheaper property and getting some cash back in the process. It's kinda like returning something at a store without a receipt, not perfect but it works.

Actually, you're stuck with it unless you trade it in. Think of it like that gym membership you thought was a good idea at the time. It's easier to change what you're stuck with than to get rid of it completely.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
