Can't exactly 'sell' your house in GTA 5 like you'd hope, but you can trade it in when buying a new one. The game gives you a partial refund for the old property which kinda feels like selling. So, aim for that upgrade and get some cash back!

Nope, you can't sell houses for cash outright. Best you can do is swap it for another and get a bit of money back. Think of it as trading in your old car, but for crime-friendly digs.

Actually, selling houses in GTA V isn't an option. The game's mechanics only allow you to trade in your current home as part of the process when you're purchasing a new one. So, if you're looking to change your criminal hideout, that's the way to do it.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
