Unfortunately, you can't sell houses in Sims FreePlay. Instead, you can demolish them to free up the lot for a new build. Just tap the house sign with the bulldozer icon in build mode!

I wanted to sell a house too, but you can only demolish it. Go into build mode and press the bulldozer icon on the house sign to clear the lot.
