You can't directly transfer money from Cash App to PayPal, but you can link both to a common bank account and transfer the money that way.
I did this last week: I transferred money from my Cash App to my bank account, and then from the bank account to PayPal. Just takes a couple of steps!
Direct transfers aren't possible. Transfer to your bank first, then to PayPal.
