Unfortunately, you can't send money directly from PayPal to CashApp. Instead, transfer funds to your bank and then to CashApp.
You can't directly send money from PayPal to CashApp, but here's a workaround: First, transfer money from PayPal to your linked bank account, then from the bank account to CashApp. Easy-peasy!
I do this regularly; just move the money via your bank account between PayPal and CashApp. No direct route yet!
