Simple: Instagram -> DMs -> PayPal link. Done.
Instagram doesn't support direct money transfers. Just share your Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal username with the person in DMs.
I've done this before. Just open a chat with the person you want to send money to, paste your payment link (Venmo, PayPal, etc.), and they'll get it instantly!
