To serve food at a restaurant in The Sims FreePlay, make sure you're in the restaurant with your Sim, select an available stove or oven, then choose the dish you want them to cook. Your Sim will prepare the meal, and once it's ready, they can serve it to customers or other Sims.
Just go to the restaurant, tap on an empty stove, and choose the dish you wanna serve. Simple as that!
