As a premium user, I usually just switch off offline mode in settings when I'm back on Wi-Fi. Works like a charm!
To set Spotify to online, just make sure your device is connected to the internet, then open the Spotify app and you're good to go! If you're in offline mode, tap Home, then tap Settings, and finally, toggle the Offline switch to off.
Check your device's internet connection and make sure Spotify has permissions to access data. Easy peasy!
