Setting up a Terraria server is like throwing a party in your digital backyard - you want everything to go smoothly so your friends can have a blast! First things first, decide if you want to host it yourself or use a dedicated server host. For the DIY option, you’ll need to download the Terraria server software from the official Terraria website. Run the server software, adjust settings like world size and password, then share your IP with your buddies. Make sure to port forward 7777 on your router to your server's IP if you're behind a router. If all of this sounds like gibberish, consider a dedicated server host - they do the heavy lifting for you!

Just use Steam's built-in feature. Invite your friends through Steam after launching Terraria in multiplayer mode. No fussing with server files or port forwarding!

Honestly, setting up a server is too much hassle. Just join a public one.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
