Setting up supply lines in Fallout 4 on Xbox is super easy once you get the hang of it! Firstly, unlock the Local Leader perk in the Charisma tree - you'll need at least level one. Then, go to your settlement, enter Workshop mode by pressing and holding the 'View' button on your controller, and walk up to a settler. With a settler highlighted, you should see an option to assign them to a supply line - press RB to do this and choose the destination. Boom! You've got yourself a supply line.

Honestly, the whole supply line thing is overrated. Just carry everything yourself and save the perk points for something cooler.
I remember the first time I set up a supply line, totally changed my settlement game. Having all my junk available everywhere? Game changer. Make sure you've got that Local Leader perk though!
