Just screenshot your build and post it wherever your friends are. It's quick and no one has an excuse not to see it!
From my experience, exporting a link from your Arsenal works best. Your friends can then just click the link and see your setup.
Honestly, just typing out your setup works fine too if you're in a chat or forum. Old school but effective!
